About Cathy Paschen

After a successful 10-year career in Banking and Corporate Training, Cathy became a licensed Real Estate agent in May 2005. Cathy completed her Real Estate training at the F.C. Tucker School of Real Estate, and also completed the F.C. Tucker Company's University Training program in October of 2005.

As a long-time resident of the Fishers/Geist area, Cathy has seen the community grow from a quiet small town to the booming suburb that it is today. Cathy has called Indianapolis home since 1994, and therefore has a broad knowledge of Indianapolis and all surrounding suburbs. Cathy specializes as a Buyer's Consultant, where she applies her insight and experience about local schools, tax rates, medical care, community events, and many other topics important to all Buyers. Cathy believes in handling each and every client as if he or she were her only client. Care, honesty, and knowledge are three key ingredients Cathy brings to every transaction.
